Team ANDRO

JERVIS is a low cost off-grid mesh network with advanced network software developed as a TAK application to overcome technical limitations of cheap radio hardware while still leveraging open software. We propose an off-grid TAK network deployment in the Griffiss Business and Technology Park in Rome, NY so our team can build and demonstrate a personnel tracker that still works even when TAK server or cellular network is unavailable. We also propose to open the network to other hackathon-ers so we can advance the ecosystem. We explore smart city use cases as TAK plug ins that can also take advantage of lost network implementations.
